Ingredients

80 g
Estonian light cheese
250 g
Zucchini
1 pcs
Egg
Salt, pepper, herbs
Tomato sauce

Preparation

Grate the zucchini, squeeze out excess water.

Place the zucchini in a bowl, add egg, cheese and seasoning. Mix thoroughly.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread the zucchini-cheese mix on the paper.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Let cool and cut into slices.

Enjoy with tomato sauce flavoured with herbs.
